- What payment methods do you accept?
- At this time I accept PayPal, which is the service I use
to manage the shopping cart on my website.
- How is shipping calculated?
- Shipping is calculated based on the number of items
you order. Up to three pairs of shoes will fit in a
small bubble mailer, which ships to most locations
for $3. Four to eight pairs will be $5. The cost of the
packaging is figured in to these prices.
- What shoe sizes do you offer?
- I currently offer shoes for Tonner's Tyler, Antoinette,
and DeeAnna, as well as Regular and Geisha flat
feet. I have provided an explanation of these terms,
for those not familiar with the dolls.
- When can I expect my order to ship?
- I make each pair of shoes after you place your order,
as I don't have each style in every color combination
possible in stock. Essentially, each order is a special
order. Depending on how many pairs you purchase,
it may take me up to a week to finish them. I also
work full-time, but rest assured that once you place
an order with me, it is a priority. I will e-mail you
when I receive the order, and give an estimate of how
long it will take to make, and again to let you know
when I have shipped your shoes.
